This pivotal leadership position is responsible for managing financial reporting, job cost accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensuring robust internal controls. Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting. Manage job cost accounting and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently. Monitor cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting initiatives. Ensure adherence to GAAP and industry regulations. Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth. Qualifications: Demonstrated accounting leadership experience in the commercial construction sector. In-depth knowledge of job costing and construction financial reporting. Proficiency with Sage 300 (Timberline) is essential. CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
