Project Manager for Structural Steel Fabrication An accomplished Steel Fabricator is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in structural steel fabrication and/or erection, contributing to a variety of commercial construction projects. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the structural steel industry. Experience with ground-up steel construction projects. In-depth knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate effectively and communicate with project team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion. Oversee and assess changes in project scope. Ensure precise inclusion of all material, labor, and equipment costs in estimates. Support the creation and implementation of cost-effective strategies. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000+.
