Delivery Driver - Home Improvement

Join our team as a Delivery Driver for one of the largest home improvement department stores! We are seeking dependable and reliable full-time candidates who are ready for a physically engaging job that involves working independently. In this role, you'll operate a 26 ft. box truck to deliver large and bulky items. No CDL is required, and we provide paid training to get you started! Key Responsibilities: Navigate to local home improvement stores to load trucks, and deliver packages safely and on time in all weather conditions. Work approximately 8-10 hours each day, optimizing delivery routes. Complete 15 - 20 deliveries daily, ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction. Utilize a company-provided handheld device to manage and confirm deliveries efficiently. Maintain effective and professional communication with customers and store associates. Qualifications: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 7 years. Experience operating a 26 ft. box truck. A minimum of 2 years of recent and verifiable box truck driving experience. Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. comfortably. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Willingness to pass a standard criminal background check. Team player with a robust work ethic. Able to pass pre-employment screenings, including DOT physical exams.
