Partnership Director for Plaintiff Law Firms About the Company We are a leading provider of voice AI consulting and implementation services tailored for plaintiff law firms and beyond. Industry Internet Type Privately Held Founded 2024 Employees 11-50 About the Role In this role, you will serve as an essential connection point between our innovative solutions and plaintiff-side law firms. Your primary responsibilities will include: Identifying plaintiff firms that align with our ideal target profile. Facilitating warm introductions to key decision-makers such as Managing Partners, COOs, Operations Heads, or Business Development leaders. Assisting in confirming the suitability of partnerships and scheduling meetings with our sales team (note: you are not responsible for proposals, negotiations, or closing deals). Providing support during the evaluation process to ensure a smooth transition (implementation is managed by our company). Ideal Firm Fit We seek introductions to plaintiff firms exhibiting: Annual revenues exceeding $15M. High intake capacities, managing a minimum of 8 detailed calls daily (each lasting over 30 minutes). A team consisting of multiple attorneys and dedicated intake or sales personnel. Utilization of a CRM or case management system (e.g., Clio, Salesforce, HubSpot, MyCase) to process 30+ intake calls weekly. Preferred Practice Areas Personal Injury Employment (Plaintiff) Workers' Compensation Medical Malpractice Class Action Immigration Complex Family Law Exclusions We prefer not to engage with firms that are exclusively transactional, focus solely on short-intake criminal defense, or have average intake durations under 20 minutes. Compensation Structure Your compensation will be success-based, with a revenue share or success fee disbursed when a referred firm successfully signs and closes a deal with us. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: Direct experience within a plaintiff-side law firm (roles could include associate/attorney, intake manager, operations, practice management, or business development). A legal degree is strongly preferred (JD or equivalent). A comprehensive understanding of legal firm intake processes, client acquisition methodologies, and operational bottlenecks. The utmost professionalism and discretion to facilitate introductions without disclosing any confidential information.
