Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Operations Manager to take our network of stores to new heights. This position offers a competitive salary between $40,000 to $50,000, with an uncapped incentive potential of $20,000 to $25,000. The opportunity to write your own monthly incentive check awaits you! Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate business operations across multiple store locations to meet financial objectives. Lead and inspire a team of professionals daily to achieve and surpass company goals. Identify skill gaps within the team and implement training programs to enhance performance. Address team concerns proactively and provide guidance as needed. Ensure compliance with company standards in all operational processes. Resolve customer issues effectively while delivering exceptional customer service. Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to team members. Foster strong working relationships and maintain open communication within the team. Identify business challenges and formulate effective action plans. Develop innovative strategies for business growth and revenue generation. Create a positive and educational work environment for team members. Assist in recruitment, promotion, retention, and termination of employees as necessary. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures consistently. Research local market conditions to identify opportunities for sales and expansion. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the organization. Requirements: Proven experience in district or regional management. Strong knowledge of management techniques and best practices. Proven ability to meet sales targets and establish production goals. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and contribution to the company's success. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A strong team player with effective time-management abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
