QualificationsRequired Experience: Irrigation or green industry experience preferred.Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills.Physical Abilities: Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and stand/walk throughout the day.License: Valid driver's license with a clean record (required).Communication: Able to effectively communicate in English.Reliability: Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
