Motivate the service team to consistently deliver outstanding service while prioritizing safety. Maintain professionalism and integrity with both customers and coworkers. Assist in recruiting top talent for the service team. Provide hands-on management to train and develop Orkin Pros. Conduct training meetings to enhance team skills. Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program. Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new practices and technologies.
