Front of House Expo Coordinator

Description: The Front of House Expo Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that food is expertly prepared and served to our guests, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage ticket times efficiently to enhance speed of service. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and quality. Return improperly prepared food and ensure temperature specifications are met. Prepare and wrap various food items such as bread and condiments. Prepare a variety of foods including soups, salads, and desserts. Stock and maintain the expo line throughout the shift. Assemble trays for service. Friendly and approachable, taking appropriate action in response to guest requests. Support and promote company initiatives and values. Additional Responsibilities: Act as a cashier and assist with catering deliveries. Maintain organized and appealing FOH displays and condiment stations. Check and clean bathrooms as needed. Bus tables and ensure cleanliness by mopping and sweeping. Deliver catering orders with professionalism. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, or currently pursuing one. Must complete CBC driver training, pass MVR standards, and maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance. State Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification if applicable. Minimum of 3 months of experience in guest service; restaurant or retail preferred. Exceptional guest service and communication skills. Strong organizational and detail-oriented attributes. Proficient in computer skills and use of POS systems. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
