We are searching for a dynamic Manager to guide our Supply Chain Manufacturing initiatives towards the forefront of operational excellence and innovative digital solutions. Your key responsibilities Lead high-performing teams, collaborating closely with executive-level client personnel to analyze and improve various functional areas of the supply chain. Drive digital transformation efforts within manufacturing operations. Optimize processes related to manufacturing and warehousing. Implement comprehensive management frameworks for enhanced operations. Skills and attributes for success To thrive as a Manager, you will need a combination of technical expertise and business acumen, including: In-depth knowledge in manufacturing operations and the ability to quickly adapt to new processes. A talent for mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace. The capability to manage and deliver work within budget and timelines, with regular updates to clients on progress. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify new service opportunities. A dedication to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations. To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business. 4-6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing and supply chain consulting. Experience with plant startups and line initiatives. Willingness to travel extensively (60-80% of the time) along with a valid driver's license and passport. Expertise in digital manufacturing, emerging technologies, and operational excellence. Ideally, you'll also have A master's degree in engineering or business. Deep knowledge in areas such as continuous improvement, manufacturing strategy, and contract manufacturing management.
