Job Description Senior Manager Clinical Education RN About the role: The Senior Manager, Clinical Education RN directs and facilitates educational programs to support the development of caregivers throughout every department in a manner to achieve operational excellence while ensuring integration of the sisters of the hospital's core values into the life of our programs. Through the broad functions of the staff development department, this position directs assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive network of staff development programs and activities that include technical and behavioral competencies. The role requires use of appropriate educational methods and technology, adult learning theory, and the ability to integrate mission and core values into all aspects of Staff Development.
