Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations. Works in coordination with Culinary Services to provide safe and accurate food service. Requires oversight in adherence to policies and procedures related to nutrition care. Shifts include Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
