Event and Retail Marketing Agent

Our company is growing fast, and our Event & Retail Marketing team is nearly fully staffed! We're looking to add a few highly motivated, fun, and outgoing professionals who love engaging with people and representing a trusted brand in the community. What You'll Do: Share information about Mr. Rogers Windows products and services Engage customers in friendly, educational conversations to understand their needs Follow a proven process to generate and set customer appointments Set up, maintain, and break down display areas (tables, booths, stands) Keep displays clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials Represent the company professionally as the face of our brand What We're Looking For: Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various job sites Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexible availability with the ability to work 30-40 hours per week, including weekends Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours) Must own a smartphone with a data plan Compensation & Benefits: $36,400 - $50,000 annually (based on performance and hours worked) Paid training, no experience required Flexible scheduling with full-time Clear paths for advancement and long-term career growth Full-time benefits include: Medical, vision, and dental insurance Paid time off (PTO) Life insurance Profit-sharing program Why Join Us?
