Estimator / Residential Sales

THE ESTIMATOR / RESIDENTIAL SALES ROLE: The Estimator will work directly with our customers in-store and online to build custom quotes and estimates. The Estimator will also be responsible for understanding our products, current promotions, and delivery schedules to provide guidance to our customers. Our ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced and rewarding work environment. With every day presenting itself with new obstacles, our ideal candidate would be adaptable and have excellent problem-solving skills to strategically manage customer needs. Experience in the industry is not required - we will train the right candidate. Skills and traits that we are looking for: Attention to Detail Resourceful Analytical Punctual and Reliable Independent Learner Ability to Read and Analyze Job Drawings and Specifications Basic Math Proficiency - (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division, Common Fractions, and Decimals in All Units of Measure.) Strategic Planning and Problem Solving Product Knowledge (Not required - Must be willing to learn) Self-Motivated Team Player Excellent Customer Service Skills Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Microsoft Office 365 Sage 100 a plus JOB TYPE: Full-time SALARY: From $17.00 per hour
