Sales Consultant - Computed Tomography - Radiology PURPOSE As a Sales Consultant for Bayer’s computed tomography (CT) and cardiovascular (CV) portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. Your mission will be to promote a comprehensive range of products, including injectors, contrast media, and innovative software solutions. By leveraging your expertise and strong customer relationships, you will create demand and demonstrate the distinct value of our CT/CV offerings to key stakeholders across health systems. This role involves building deep connections with radiology leaders, imaging managers, procurement teams, and IT professionals. You will adeptly navigate the complexities of health system decision-making processes and engage with various players within the radiology ecosystem, ensuring that you position Bayer as a trusted partner in enhancing patient outcomes. Your territory encompasses major areas across Southern North Carolina, South Carolina, and Northeast Georgia. Candidates should reside within this territory to effectively drive strategy and outreach. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for the CT portfolio within your assigned territory. Develop strong relationships with radiology leaders and technologists to establish Bayer’s presence in key accounts. Identify key decision-makers within health systems and effectively navigate complex buying processes. Craft and execute a territory business plan focused on key accounts and growth opportunities. Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to integrate CT solutions into strategic accounts. Generate quotes and support the proposal process, ensuring alignment with business goals. Communicate insights and trends to account managers for strategic planning. Utilize enterprise value selling tools to support customer needs and drive product value. Maintain rigorous customer relationship management practices to ensure accurate data and activity tracking. Engage in insightful presentations tailored to customer workflows and clinical outcomes. Monitor market trends and customer demands, providing actionable insights to leadership. Ensure a smooth transition of sales leads to customer support teams, maintaining continuity of customer care. Adhere to Bayer policies and regulatory requirements in all engagements. Manage resources effectively while ensuring compliance with company regulations. WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks individuals who are: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Passionate about advancing the U.S. Radiology landscape and improving patient outcomes. Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field. Proven track record in achieving sales targets within a complex healthcare environment. Strong understanding of CT technology, clinical applications, and the radiology business. Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills. Capable of managing objections and driving group consensus. Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with a proactive approach to challenges. Excellent time management skills, able to balance independent work with collaboration. Skilled in utilizing CRM tools, such as Salesforce, for effective customer engagement. Healthcare sales experience with a focus on radiology or imaging solutions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of Bayer's portfolio of medical devices and software. 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, particularly in radiology or related fields. Familiarity with AI tools for enhanced performance in strategic sales efforts. Employees can expect a salary range of $95,680.00 to $143,520.00. Additional compensation may include bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO.
