At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.THE JOB:As a Mansion Villa Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all residential areas, including villas and corridors, to enhance the guest experience. Your role involves ensuring that guest rooms are immaculate, replenishing amenities, and fulfilling special requests to create memorable moments for our Mansion guests.THE STARTING RATE: $25.4209 hourlyTHE DAY-TO-DAY:Maintain the cleanliness of all residential areas including but not limited to Mansion villas and corridorsMake beds neatly with fresh sheets and pillow casesPick up pins and trash from floors before vacuuming, remove and empties trash in waste basketsClean mirrors and shelves, and arrange furniture in guest rooms properlyClean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls, shower doors, toilets and tile floors with damp rags and proper chemical usageReplenish amenities, such as trays, soaps and tissuesAssist Mansion guests with lounge chairs and towelsFulfill any and all request of Mansion guests through involvement of other Mansion staff, including the Director of Villa Services Managers, Concierge and ButlersReport any unusual conditions of furniture, fixtures of equipment in rooms that need repairKeep pool deck area clean at all timesDeliver requested items such as pillows, towels, cribs, etc. to Mansion villasTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredWork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required2+ years of prior relevant experience in villa services within a hotel or resort environment preferredTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and moreFree meals in our employee dining roomFree parking on and off shiftHealth & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the communityVIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
