QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in business or public administration, or related field, and seven (7) years of extensive real estate experience to include property acquisition/management and/or land marketing/development; or an equivalent combination of training and experience per Personnel Policies and Procedures, Section 100.
