In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining Morgan's industrial overhead cranes, ensuring each installation exemplifies our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: Assemble, install, wire, and commission Morgan industrial overhead cranes at customer sites nationwide. Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on overhead cranes to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including AC and DC components. Operate safely in field-based environments, including industrial sites and manufacturing facilities. Work at heights and with heavy equipment in various weather conditions. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of experience in crane service, maintenance, or a related field. Welding experience is a plus. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read blueprints and use metrological instruments like micrometers. Basic organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel 75-90% of the time, including overnight stays. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Age requirement of 21 years or older.
