Stein Hospice (an affiliate of Hospice of the Western Reserve) serves patient's wherever they consider home. Patient's may live in private residences, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or group homes. We are currently looking for volunteers who are willing to make visits to provide general companionship visits in long-term care facilities or respite visits (2-3 hour commitment) in patient's private residences. Volunteers should have good listening skills and be able to maintain patient confidentiality.
