Order Processing Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Order Processing Supervisor to lead our outbound operations in the order processing department of our distribution center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our daily operations and team productivity. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Oversee all aspects of the order processing department to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures on a daily basis. Collaborate with operations and distribution center management on payroll, budgeting, and productivity metrics. Conduct timely evaluations for team members and provide actionable feedback. Offer leadership, training, and support to promote high morale and productivity within the department. Establish annual goals with management and develop a strategic plan to achieve them. Work closely with HR and operations teams to enhance recruitment, hiring, and training processes. Assist in preparing capital expenditure budgets in collaboration with management. Maintain safety standards and identify any unsafe practices or conditions. Perform other duties as directed. SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Required: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Basic computer skills. Aptitude for quickly and accurately matching numerical and alphabetical characters. Desired: A college degree or logistics certification. 2+ years of supervisory experience. Advanced computer skills. Completion of the O'Reilly supervisor training program.
