You’ll play a crucial role in fostering spiritual growth, community, and authentic relationships. Position Summary: In this role, you will: Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for small group leaders, focusing on effective online leadership. Equip leaders with practical tools, communication skills, and spiritual insights. Resource Creation: Create training materials, videos, and guides specifically tailored for online small group leadership. Address topics such as facilitating virtual discussions, building community, and handling challenging situations. Coaching and Support: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to small group leaders. Assist leaders in adapting their leadership style to the online environment. Collaboration: Work closely with the Groups Director, Pastors, and other ministry leaders to align training content with our organization’s mission and values. Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess: Passion for Discipleship: A deep commitment to helping others grow in their faith. Online Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual communication tools, video conferencing platforms, and online community-building.
