Industry Staffing and Recruiting Type Privately HeldAbout the Role Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Business Development and Growth, where you will spearhead efforts to expand our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. We are looking for a driven and strategic sales leader with a stellar track record in generating new business within the staffing and recruitment sector. Your primary responsibilities will include: Proactively identifying and engaging with prospective clients. Building and managing a comprehensive sales pipeline. Creating compelling go-to-market messaging that effectively conveys the value of our full-cycle RPO solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings. Representing the organization at industry events to boost brand visibility. Contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in selling RPO solutions or complex talent acquisition offerings, with strong business development skills including cold outreach, social selling, and effective pipeline management. Familiarity with CRM tools is essential, along with a deep understanding of recruitment technology and the staffing ecosystem. We seek an enthusiastic self-starter with a creative mindset for messaging and outstanding interpersonal and consultative skills. You should be able to influence at the executive level and possess a keen ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
