Full-Time Housekeeping Positions with Weekly Pay

Job Responsibilities: Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy by attending to all bath and kitchen areas, vacuuming or washing floors, disposing of trash, and dusting or polishing furniture. Maintain the appearance of the outside of guest rooms, including cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, windows, and removing trash from surrounding areas. Uphold the company’s cleanliness standards in all hotel areas, even if they are not designated to you. Conduct visual inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure high-quality standards of cleanliness and presentation. Report any safety or security policy violations, as well as guest concerns, to the supervisor immediately. Operate housekeeping equipment and ensure supplies are stocked and ready on the housekeeping cart. Inform the head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests at all times. Skills/Experience: At least 1 year of housekeeping experience with a solid understanding of standard operating procedures and techniques in housekeeping/laundry. High school diploma or any combination of education and experience that reflects a similar level of knowledge. Any additional education, training, or experience that provides the necessary skills and abilities is welcomed. Mental and Physical Demands: Regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. This position may require occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work will take place indoors on hard and carpeted surfaces. Ability to stand for eight (8) hour shifts. Exposure to varying weather conditions, including cold and heat.
