Accountabilities: Designing, executing, and facilitating comprehensive onboarding programs along with mandatory and specialized training sessions. Developing engaging and effective training materials that enhance learning experiences. Working collaboratively across departments to identify and assess learning and development needs. Assisting the organization with tasks related to Bids and Mobilisation, including sourcing relevant training content. Key Contacts & Relationships: Internal: Learning & Development Manager Delivery Manager Team Leader/Operation Manager Quality Specialist Growth Lead Clinical Authors Qualifications & Experience Essential: Proven experience in creating effective learning content. Track record of delivering high-quality training modules. Strong operational background with a deep understanding of progressive performance improvement strategies across individual and team levels. Demonstrable experience in building and nurturing relationships with employees at all levels. Background in operational training/L&D within a target-driven or regulated environment. Desirable: Learning & Development qualification, such as CIPD level 5 or equivalent. Coaching certification and skills. Experience in instructional design and development. Background in training healthcare professionals. Proven success in delivering improved business outcomes through recognized models. Individual Competencies: Exceptional written communication skills. Creative problem-solving abilities. Effective facilitation and presentation skills. Strong organizational and administrative capabilities. Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences, including senior management. Excellent active listening and motivational abilities. Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of the time.
