Position Summary: As a Nursing Assistant, you will be essential in delivering hands-on care and support tailored to our residents' unique needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care to residents including assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, and dining. Engage with residents through meaningful interactions and organized activities. Collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure all care needs are addressed promptly. Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. Qualifications: Active Nurse's Aide Registration. Previous experience and genuine passion for working with seniors. Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
