Responsibilities As a leader in our high-performance culture, you will be trained to apply your business acumen effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: Leading operations immediately following your training period. Developing and mentoring team members through evaluations, coaching, and training. Maintaining a strong service mindset to promote customer retention. Motivating your team to provide excellent service and pursue continual improvement. Driving financial performance by monitoring daily activities and holding your team accountable. Managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and investing strategically for growth. Identifying and nurturing talent during the recruitment, selection, and training processes for sales, service, and support staff. Being open to relocation within the region after completing 6-9 months of training. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you'll need: Preferred experience in sales. A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Willingness to obtain any necessary pesticide licenses or certifications (company covered). The capability to work independently in the field and engage positively with clients. Work Environment Candidates must meet physical job requirements: Safely utilizing ladders within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfort with accessing crawl spaces, attics, and working at heights. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
