A-Line Staffing is now hiring a New Product Development (Medical Device) Program Manager in Irvine, CA. The NPD Program Manager would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.New Product Development (Medical Device) Program Manager Compensation The pay for this position is $69.44 per hour. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. New Product Development (Medical Device) Program Manager Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs. The required availability for this position is onsite in Irvine, CA, Monday í¢€“ Friday, full-time. New Product Development (Medical Device) Program Manager Responsibilities Lead New Product Development (NPD) programs from concept through commercialization of medical device products, including software, firmware, hardware, and disposable components. Manage program plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and resources. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with R&D, software, hardware, clinical, and operations teams. Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and quality systems (FDA, ISO 13485). Serve as a program management subject matter expert, mentoring peers and guiding best practices. Communicate program status, milestones, and data to stakeholders. Promote accountability, urgency, and high-quality execution across teams. New Product Development (Medical Device) Program Manager Requirements 6+ years of experience managing New Product Development projects or programs. Experience in the medical device or regulated industry, including software, firmware, hardware, and disposables. Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and product development processes. R&D and software development experience. Bachelorí¢€™s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Microsoft DevOps. High attendance and reliability, especially for the first 90 days. High School Diploma or GED. New Product Development (Medical Device) Program Manager Preferred Qualifications Masterí¢€™s degree in Engineering or related field. PMP Certification. Experience in leading programs within complex matrix organizations.
