Description Job Summary: Join our dedicated team as a Certified Medication Nurse (CMN)! In this role, you will be essential in administering medications and treatments to residents while providing exceptional direct care. Job Responsibilities: Administer and document medications and treatments as per the care plan. Observe, record, and report any symptoms or conditions of residents that may indicate medication interactions, adverse reactions, or side effects. Maintain organized and safe medication storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness. Monitor medication supplies to ensure timely refills as per facility policies. Obtain vital signs and weights of residents as assigned. Perform Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties when needed. Job Qualifications & Skills: Current Certified Medication Aide/technician certification in good standing. Strong understanding of safe medication administration techniques. Ability to recognize and respond to complications and adverse effects from medications. Basic computer skills necessary for documentation. Exemplify patience and empathy in your interactions with residents.
