In this key role, you will ensure that our operations run smoothly, predictably, and uphold high standards of excellence. This position is hands-on and requires building and maintaining our operational processes, overseeing support and customer operations, coordinating with engineering and product teams, and managing compliance and reliability. As the Operations Vice President, you will foster cross-functional alignment, build a high-performing team, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency. We are seeking candidates with 3-7+ years of experience in SaaS operations, particularly in a B2B setting. You should possess a proven ability to execute operations within an ARR range of $1M-$15M+, with strong knowledge of engineering cycles, product communication, and customer support workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, is focused on systems, clarity, and efficiency.
