Duties/Responsibilities Perform accounting duties such as journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and account analysis Research and resolve customer and department queries with attention to improving and streamlining revenue-related operations Be responsible for maintaining a strong company cash position by managing worldwide customer aging to ensure timely collections and accurate allocation of payments Education and Experience BA degree in Accounting or other Finance related field and 2 to 3 years of working experience Strong working knowledge of using formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup in MS Excel Our Hiring Process is "Easy with eGain" Step 1 Written test Aptitude section - this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less) Functional section - this is a take-home test Step 2 Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office) Next step Email your resumé to [email protected] with the position title "Accounts Receivable Accountant" in the email subject.
