KPMG is actively seeking an Associate Director of Data Analytics Solutions to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architecture and business needs. Work collaboratively with developers, architects, analysts, vendors, and resource partners to determine optimal solutions and allocate resources effectively. Oversee code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution; contribute to thorough documentation and successful production implementations. Drive the development and management of data platforms that deliver sustainable analytics and integration solutions. Manage vendor relationships to troubleshoot issues, execute initiatives, and ensure compliance with contractual commitments. Guide software construction processes, confirming alignment with both technical and process architectures. Qualifications: At least eight years of extensive experience across the full systems development lifecycle with a focus on strategic solution delivery and continuous improvement. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage change and communicate effectively across teams, utilizing broad technical knowledge to drive incremental value. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with experience in Agile methodologies and project management; adept at identifying patterns and generating innovative solutions; exceptional communication and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of Azure technologies including ADF, ADB, Key Vault, cloud data platforms like Databricks, Power BI, and tools like Informatica IPaaS, MuleSoft, and Python; familiarity with GenAI tools is a plus. Solid foundation in SQL and Microsoft Suite with extensive expertise in data management disciplines such as architecture, governance, modeling, and BI/Analytics.
