Role Summary/Purpose: This leadership position is designed to spearhead the Technology Supplier Management Strategy and its execution across various technology teams and the overarching supplier base aligned with business objectives, customer needs, client software, applications, and professional services. You will lead a dedicated team while fostering extensive collaboration with Business Functional, Technology, Sourcing Commodity, Supplier Management, Legal, and Risk leaders. In this role, you will closely partner with teams in Technology, Risk Management, Sourcing, Legal, and executive management. We are looking for a strong leader to enhance the core capabilities of Technology Supplier Management through influence, analytics, and decision-making, thereby establishing and maintaining supplier strategies in alignment with the overall Technology strategy. You will need to build and nurture relationships with senior technology leaders, risk and audit leaders, and other stakeholders across the organization to facilitate and inspire change. Occasionally, in-person engagement for meetings, training, and cultural events may require travel. Essential Responsibilities: Develop, coach, and mentor your team to foster high performance. Support the SVP of Technology Supplier Management in the timely execution of strategic supplier management, governance, and oversight initiatives. Provide supplier management services to senior executives in various technology domains and their organizations. Contribute to the development and implementation of Technology Supplier strategies and outsourcing models. Ensure cohesive coordination and collaboration across the Technology Supplier Management function by partnering with various leaders and driving connections across responsibilities. Support the ongoing strategy regarding Technology Contingent Workers across all technology divisions. Maintain strict compliance with enterprise-wide Supplier Management policies and standards. Lead a small team dedicated to supplier monitoring, external technology market analysis, and supplier health reporting. Fulfill enterprise-wide Supplier Management requirements and mandates. Collaborate to ensure quality and timely delivery of targeted reporting and analytics. Assist in the development of risk themes and mitigations in technology supplier management. Work with the SVP to enhance the maturity of Technology Supplier Management programs. Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time. Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in Technology, Supplier Management, or Procurement. A minimum of 10 years in Project/Program Management. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated strength in coaching, mentoring, and performance development. Experience in driving improvements in complex organizational processes. Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven business presence when interacting with executives. Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Experience as a strategic technology business partner with senior leadership. Ability and flexibility to travel as required. Desired Characteristics: Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FFIEC and NIST. Experience with frameworks like CobIT and ITIL. Strong proficiency with MS Office tools. Action-oriented with excellent organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently and assess when to engage stakeholders. Track record of executing tasks accurately and on time despite challenges. Commitment to continuous improvement and strong risk management practices. Grade/Level: 13 The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance. Compensation will be determined based on work experience and skill level. Salaries will be adjusted according to market demands in specific regions. Eligibility Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old. You need a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be willing to undergo a drug test, background check, and fingerprinting during onboarding. Satisfaction of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act is required.
