The Role We are on the lookout for an accomplished Salesforce Business Analyst who specializes in Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive client engagements focused on harnessing Salesforce capabilities to enhance business processes, improve constituent experiences, and modernize outdated systems. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet client needs while helping shape our Salesforce practice and digital transformation strategy. Work You'll Do Take the lead in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Salesforce solutions aligned with digital transformation goals. Work alongside stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and priorities, and propose Salesforce customizations and configurations that promote operational efficiency and innovation. Convert business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows in line with Salesforce best practices. Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects in alignment with broader digital transformation efforts. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet organizational needs and serving as a trusted advisor. Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment tasks, including planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support business development initiatives through solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development. Contribute to the growth of AArete's Salesforce practice by developing templates, accelerators, and delivery standards. Undertake other duties as assigned. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a comparable role. Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications. Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, encompassing workflows, process builders, and custom objects. Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels. Willingness to participate in direct client interactions, including potential travel to client locations. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsor assistance. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator. Familiarity with custom application development within the Salesforce ecosystem. Understanding of data migration and integration techniques. Bike share discount program. The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is part of a competitive total compensation package, including majority employer-paid benefits and incentive pay for qualifying roles.
