The Enterprise Applications Administrator supports applications across the University of Pittsburgh's Health Sciences, building custom solutions and providing system configuration, integrations, security, and operational support. Slate CRM is the primary system supported by this role, though additional applications may be supported as institutional needs evolve. This is a customer-facing technical role requiring strong communication skills to collaborate with functional stakeholders, gather requirements, and clearly communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. This position is hybrid, with an expectation of three (3) days on-site and two (2) days remote per week.
