Shift Supervisor - Customer Service Associate

As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for: Leading by example and supporting your team in delivering exceptional guest service. Ensuring smooth daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling. Training and coaching team members to perform at their best. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to Food Safety and Brand standards. Taking charge in the absence of a manager and making key decisions to drive success. What We're Looking For: Prior experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus). A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset. Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
