We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations leader to guide our team through the complexities of supplier relationships and project management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to craft and implement effective strategies, manage supplier performance, and navigate ambiguous environments, all while collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the ASIC Global Business Operations, focusing on operational models, supply chain, sales orders, and inventory management. Build and mentor a team of Business Operations Managers who excel in supply and demand planning, inventory control, and fulfillment processes. Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize wafer and ASIC supply chain structures that align with our business goals. Enhance supply chain and inventory management through strategic goal-setting and process automation. Foster operational collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure streamlined workflows. Provide leadership on project selection and management, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. Train team members on innovative processes while ensuring clear communication of changes. Basic Qualifications: Over 7 years of experience in people management. More than 7 years of experience in technical program management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Strong record in people management and technical program management. Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and developing sustainable processes. Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years in internet-related program or technical product management within a software applications context. Familiarity with cloud computing services and deployment architecture. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies or similar project management frameworks. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferable.
