Your Role and Rewards As a Refrigerated Truck Driver with J&R Schugel, you can expect: A competitive pay range of $0.625 - $0.71 CPM. Consistent weekly mileage averaging between 2,200 and 2,500+ miles. A $500 onboarding bonus along with $1,000 in vacation pay.
