Estimator for Concrete Projects

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in estimating for commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office projects. If you have a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you! YOUR ROLE: Prepare budget estimates for construction projects, including labor and material costs. Employ Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as required. Draft and present project budgets, reports, and plans. Manage estimates across multiple, concurrent projects. Collaborate effectively with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while being capable of working independently. WHAT WE SEEK: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets. Experience on projects valued up to $50M. Proficient in construction management software and tools. Adaptability to shifting project requirements and priorities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $160,000 based on your experience. Comprehensive, industry-leading benefits package.
