Key Responsibilities Design and implement engaging training programs that reflect SPEC's operational standards and culture. Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing associates. Organize and manage employee training schedules and developmental timelines. Collaborate with vendors to coordinate product demonstrations and learning sessions. Develop continuing education initiatives to encourage career advancement and product knowledge. Assess the progress of new hires and provide constructive feedback. Support onboarding processes and assist with select HR functions. Qualifications Preferred industry background with strong knowledge of steep and low-slope roofing materials. Proven experience in leading, coaching, and inspiring team members. Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Zoom. Reside in the Greater Kansas City area. Willing to travel as needed. Possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for talent development. Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
