Senior Title Operations Specialist

The Senior Title Operations Specialist plays a critical role in managing default orders, ensuring the efficient gathering and organization of essential property data for our clients and search partners. In this position, you will take the lead in initiating orders, coordinating with vendors, and verifying the availability of all necessary information for timely searches. Your proactive approach to follow-ups and support for your team will be key in maintaining our high standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Effectively resolve title-related issues utilizing available resources. Take initiative in ordering and following up on all outstanding orders. Guide team workflow and assist specialists in managing complex issues. Provide comprehensive training for new team members on file management. Support the manager in overseeing workflow optimization and pipeline management. Regularly monitor and assess employee performance for continuous improvement. Process system requests and allocate new searches to third-party underwriters. Engage with clients to promptly gather necessary information. Order foreclosure abstracts as requested by attorneys. Ensure timely receipt of reports from abstractors. Invoice reports according to client specifications. Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders involved. Adhere to default production procedures and assist team members whenever necessary. Take on additional assignments as needed to support team objectives. What You Need: A high school diploma or equivalent experience. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the title services sector.
