Summary: We are seeking a proactive Integrity Operations Verification Analyst to join our team and spearhead innovative strategies that strengthen the integrity of Meta products. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Policy teams, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to refine verification processes. This position calls for strategic thinkers with technical acumen who are passionate about driving impactful programs in a dynamic and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: Devise and oversee integrity strategies for Meta products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Analyze complex support flows and propose enhancements to processes, policies, and products for scalable solutions. Perform thorough root cause analyses and investigations to furnish actionable insights to team members. Monitor and evaluate key operational metrics to ensure the achievement of service goals. Apply problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to address intricate business challenges. Manage the end-to-end execution of large-scale, transformative programs and initiatives. Utilize AI/ML tools and automation technologies to streamline verification processes and enhance efficiency. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and implement them to improve support and integrity operations. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management, or related fields. Track record of successfully initiating and completing projects. Experience leading process improvement projects in dynamic, cross-functional environments. Expertise in conducting investigations and root cause analysis. Proficient in managing global cross-functional projects and communicating effectively. Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience analyzing large datasets using SQL, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Background in a technology company or consulting environment. Familiarity with AI/ML systems, automation technologies, and GenAI annotation platforms. Experience with signal-based verification, machine learning models, and operational measurement strategies. Knowledge of responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance in digital platforms.
