Become Our Next NPI Fulfillment Team Lead! Are you passionate about ensuring fulfillment excellence in the aerospace sector? We are looking for a skilled NPI Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee our Clear to Build process for the GE9x and LEAP development programs. In this essential role, you will guarantee the timely movement of materials and work alongside cross-functional teams to achieve our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Engage with supply chain and Product Operations to efficiently manage critical part delivery and allocation. Collaborate with teams to meet both short-term and long-term planning objectives. Maintain and enhance material processes and systems for accuracy and efficiency. Monitor incoming hardware and ensure precise part allocation. Align system processing with program needs and manage material flow and kitting operations. Clearly communicate program requirements to drive results. Lead process improvement initiatives and standard work enhancement projects. Address competitors' priorities while executing tasks to minimize shortages and ensure 100% Clear to Build (CTB) for NPI programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in material planning or related fields. A minimum of 5 years in material planning, fulfillment, or manufacturing operations. Desired Characteristics: Experience in manufacturing environments and knowledge of GEA materials systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset with capability to hold others accountable. Base Pay Range: $116,000.00 - $155,000.00, along with annual discretionary bonuses. This position allows for remote work; however, candidates located near Evendale will be prioritized. Expected travel is about 10% on-site quarterly.
