In this essential role, you will take complete ownership of developing and executing project scopes, budgets, contracts, and schedules. Your strong multitasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and adept problem-solving techniques will be crucial in managing our fast-paced construction projects. Together, we can create a significant impact on both a global and local scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate weekly meetings with subcontractors, ensuring all meeting minutes are accurately documented and shared with participants. Ensure subcontractors have access to the latest technical documentation, including drawings and specifications. Review all RFIs and submittals for completeness before submission by subcontractors. Track the return of RFIs and submittals from subcontractors, ensuring timely engineering support as required. Conduct site visits to subcontractors' fabrication shops to expedite material deliveries and verify work progress. Coordinate effective material deliveries with Construction Management and field superintendents. Monitor subcontractor schedules weekly and promptly escalate any concerns to the Assistant Construction Manager and Subcontracts Administrator. Evaluate and manage potential changes in collaboration with the Subcontracts Administrator, ensuring prompt processing of changes in Unifier. Review, coordinate, and approve pay applications prior to final sign-off. Bring over 10 years of experience managing construction projects in life science and pharmaceutical facilities. Utilize extensive knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction management. Guide contractors and superintendents to ensure adherence to project scope, engineering standards, and documentation specifications. Oversee CSA scopes of work from bidding through execution, turnover, and subcontract closeout. Manage project budgets to ensure compliance with all project requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and subcontracting teams to develop scopes of work for CSA-related bid packages. Facilitate clear communication between the Subcontracts Department and Engineering to ensure all requirements are met during the bid process. Work closely with Subcontracts Administration, Project Controls, Accounting, Quality, and Turnover teams to ensure smooth contract closeout.
