Industry Food & Beverages Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Executive Officer to take a pivotal role in the company's financial strategy during an exciting growth phase. As the Financial Executive Officer, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and Board to promote financial discipline, enhance operational scalability, and drive long-term value creation. Key responsibilities include: Advising on financial planning and capital allocation strategies to fuel growth Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Driving profitability initiatives that align with company objectives Leading SEC reporting and compliance efforts Managing investor relations and spearheading capital-raising initiatives The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in public companies, with substantial expertise in SEC reporting, GAAP, SOX, and corporate governance. An understanding of capital markets and financing is crucial, along with a proven history of working effectively with Boards, auditors, and external advisors. We seek a hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-growing, resource-conscious environment, and who is adept at building and nurturing a high-performing finance and accounting team.
