This role involves traveling to various locations to oversee hospital and clinic renovations, tenant improvements, and additions. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the on-site construction process for healthcare and life sciences projects, ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards. Effectively coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maximize project efficiency and ensure the highest quality outcomes. Adhere to all healthcare construction standards, including infection control measures and specialized facility requirements. Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to establish goals and track project progress. Maintain precise project documentation, including schedules, daily logs, and quality control reports. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, specifically in healthcare and/or life sciences projects. Proven tenure and stability with previous employers. Strong knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, including infection control, safety protocols, and cleanroom standards. Proficiency in construction management software (such as Procore, PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness and ability to travel nationwide.
