Providing the Accounting/Office Mgr with monthly financial reports. Assist with payroll, taxes and record keeping functions in coordination with the Human Resource Manager. Assist with billing functions for accounts receivable and accounts payable. Organized, coordinates to complete company-wide accounting functions. Answering phones on an as needed basis. Job Qualifications: An associate degree in accounting or minimum of one year book keeping experience. Ambition to advance in financial accounting for a medium sized company. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Excellent people skills. Excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and technology, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quick Books and Excel software as used by company.
