Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Company car Company parties Competitive salary Estimator/Project Manager - Water & Fire Restoration Hydroforce Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an experienced Rebuild Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects following water and fire losses. This position is primarily office-based and focused on estimating, supplementals, and insurance coordination. This is not a daily field or technician role. Responsibilities: Manage reconstruction projects following water and fire mitigation Review mitigation documentation and develop accurate rebuild scopes Prepare, submit, and negotiate Xactimate estimates and supplements Identify scope gaps, code upgrades, and unforeseen conditions Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal staff Track project timelines, approvals, and budgets Ensure all approved scope is captured and paid Close out projects with proper documentation and customer sign-off Supplementals: Identify, write, submit, and negotiate insurance supplements Support supplements with proper documentation and justification Communicate directly with adjusters to obtain approvals in a timely manner Secondary Responsibilities (Surge Support - Estimating Only): Assist with mitigation estimating during high-volume surge events Review mitigation photos and documentation to support accurate estimates Support mitigation supplement identification when needed This support is office-based and estimating-only. No physical mitigation work is required. Work Environment: Primarily office-based Occasional site visits for verification or quality control only Qualifications: 3+ years experience in restoration reconstruction (water/fire preferred) Strong working knowledge of Xactimate Experience with insurance estimates and supplements Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license Preferred: IICRC certifications Construction or trade background Experience with Encircle, DocuSketch, or similar platforms Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within a growing restoration company
