Account/Business Support ManagerCincinnati, OHKey Responsibilities General Business Support Assist with proposal development, client communications, and follow-ups Interface with HR regarding employee onboarding and resolution of employee issues Support outbound and inbound business development initiatives Coordinate/work with internal teams to support client and sales initiatives Help convert warm leads into active accounts through structured follow-up and outreach campaigns Client Success & Account Management Serve as a primary point of contact for select client accounts Support client and new hire onboarding and ongoing relationship management Maintain CRM/Timetracking systems and track client engagement activity Proactively follow up to ensure client and placement satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities to expand relationships and support renewals Executive & Operational Support Provide high-level administrative and project support to senior leadership Prepare professional correspondence, mass email copy, reports, and presentations Support event coordination and conference logistics Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications 3+ years of experience in client services, account management, executive support, or a related role Exceptional phone skills and prior client-facing experience strongly preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience working with CRM and Accounting systems and business productivity tools are a must Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
