Community Ambassador / Events CoordinatorLocation: Chicago, IL 60603 | Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Pay: $24-$26/hr Are you a hospitality-minded professional who thrives in client-facing roles and enjoys creating five-star experiences? Join our team as a Community Ambassador / Events Coordinator in a premier corporate workspace in downtown Chicago. This role is perfect for someone who is polished, dependable, and proactive, able to work independently while collaborating with our client team to deliver seamless member experiences. What You'll Do:Greet and host members and guests with warmth and professionalism throughout the day. Coordinate and support events, including setup, breakdown, and vendor communication. Manage conference room reservations and respond to member inquiries promptly. Maintain lounge and event spaces, ensuring everything looks organized and welcoming. Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to lobby and building teams. What We're Looking For:Previous experience in hospitality, events, concierge, or community ambassador roles. Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor. Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
