What You'll Do Clinical Leadership & Oversight Direct and supervise all nursing services within the facility Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations Maintain readiness for surveys and audits Implement evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes Team Development & Culture Building Recruit, mentor, and retain top nursing talent Develop nurse managers and charge nurses into strong leaders Foster engagement, collaboration, and professional growth Promote a positive, supportive workplace culture Quality & Performance Excellence Monitor quality indicators and implement performance improvement plans Lead infection prevention and control initiatives Review incident reports and implement corrective action strategies Drive initiatives to reduce rehospitalizations and improve resident satisfaction Operational & Strategic Impact Manage staffing models and scheduling to ensure safe coverage Oversee nursing budgets and resource allocation Collaborate with therapy, social services, and medical providers Support census growth through clinical excellence and community reputation ? What We're Looking For Active RN license (in good standing) Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey processes Exceptional communication and team-building skills Proven ability to improve quality metrics and clinical systems Passion for resident-centered care ?
