Ensure compliance with company/client policies and maintain a secure, professional environment.Minimum Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have or obtain a Valid ASRB Security License as required by the state licensing authority. Must pass Armed training, have valid pistol permit. Must have good MVR and a Valid Driver's License. Military, Law Enforcement, or Armed Security Experience, preferred. Duties & Responsibilities:Field Supervision & Dispatch Coordination Manage officer schedules and assignments Conduct field training and evaluations Support logistics and dispatch operations Security Operations & Patrol Conduct walking patrols and report safety concerns Monitor access points and verify credentials Respond to alarms/incidents per protocol Administrative & Reporting Maintain logs and incident reports electronically Enforce post instructions and procedures Use tablets and basic computer systems for reporting Supervisory Responsibilities: YesTeam Oversight Supervise and support security officers Ensure scheduling and performance compliance Provide coaching and corrective guidance Client & Officer Interaction Address concerns professionally Maintain communication and customer service Ensure uniform and conduct standards Required Skills & Abilities:Minimum: Function well in high-paced/stressful environments Strong written/verbal communication Responsive and flexible scheduling Basic computer/data entry and multitasking Preferred: Experience with electronic reporting systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Minimum Physical Requirements: Stand/sit at least 1 hour without break Walk ½ mile without stopping Education : HS Diploma or equivalentSecurity Engineers, Inc.
